| The UK Law Society operates a scheme
called '
Lawyers
for your Business' which
offers
new and established small businesses a free consultation with a local
solicitor which will last at least ½ hour.
The objective is to encourage small businesses to seek legal advice
in the early stages of a legal problem rather than wait until the
problem has become more complex and then the legal costs could be
very expensive.
The scheme operates across the UK and covers many areas
such as leasing, contracts, business structure and finances.
There are many solicitors in
the Swansea Bay area which participate in this useful
scheme.
