From the M4 motorway, exit at junction 43 for Neath but take the turning for 'Jersey Marine' at the junction roundabout. Keep in the right hand filter land (the Harvester Restaurant will be on your left) but you need the second right turning. You will see large blue signs saying 'St Modwen' and development work for Coed D'Arcy on your right.  Turn into the entrance for the new Coed D'Arcy development which is signposted St Modwen.  This is the former BP Llandarcy oil refinery site.

Turn immediately left into Britannic Way. The signpost says 'William Knox House / Britannic Way.  (If you come to a roundabout, you've gone too far). Our office is in last building which faces you at the top of the hill and there is free parking.

From the M4 motorway, exit at junction 40. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the road until the traffic lights. Turn right at lights, following signs for Port Talbot Town Centre.  Follow the road past the train station and over the flyover. Turn second left at the roundabout, past Blanco's Restaurant. You will pass McDonalds on your left.  At the roundabout take the last exit towards Aberavon.  Go along the new dual carriageway through the traffic lights and going straight at two roundabouts.  You will pass Kentucky Fried Chicken and Morrison's Supermarket on your right.  At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted Sandfields.

At the next roundabout take the third exit towards the old BP Baglan site.   Take the first left turn into Purcell Avenue.  Drive along until the road bends sharply to the right.  Sandfields Young Business Centre is on the right hand side before the bend.  There is free car parking.  Please go into the main Reception and ask for Business Connect.  You will be directed to our offices which are to the left in the main foyer area.

From the M4 motorway, exit at Junction 42 signposted 'Swansea'.  Follow the A48 straight at the traffic lights and over the old Briton Ferry bridge.  Take the third exit at the roundabout and you will pass  McDonalds on your left. At the next roundabout (the Bagle Brook Beefeater roundabout) take the fourth exit sign posted 'Hospital'.  At the next roundabout take the second exit which is straight over.  At the next roundabout take the second exit.  At the next roundabout take the third exit towards the old BP Baglan site.   Take the first left turn into Purcell Avenue.  Drive along until the road bends sharply to the right.  Sandfields Young Business Centre is on the right hand side before the bend.  There is free car parking.  Please go into the main Reception and ask for Business Connect.  You will be directed to our offices which are to the left in the main foyer area.
