Melanie and Julie Gibby decided to open an upmarket Cafe bar in Neath. The business has now been trading successfully since 2004, employing over 20 members of staff.  It has expanded and now opens in the evenings as a bistro as well as a popular daytime cafe bar hosting entertainment in the evenings.
