Our team of Advisors can help you to decide if going into business is
the right decision for you. You may want to turn a hobby into a
business (e.g. jewellery making) or have a skill that you
could turn into a job (such as hairdressing, plastering,
painting, photography, etc). Some people want to work from
home, others need premises and staff. Whatever your idea, we
are here to help you every step of the way.
Funding
We can help with all aspects of
setting up your own business and advise you on the availability of
grants and loans. You may be eligible for KEF (Knowledge
Exploitation Fund) which pays £144 per week for nine months.
If you are not eligible at present you may be able to attend
a course to become eligible. Contact us for more details. Our Advisors can help you with writing a business plan if needed.
